Officials at Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA are investigating a possible case of hazing and other misconduct involving the women’s softball team.

According to the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreational Sports and the school’s Dean of Students, the team has been placed on suspension while the investigation is carried out.

All games and related activities have been postponed until further notice.

The Office of the Dean of Students is leading the investigation.
